ITEM RETURN POLICY
The Survival Summit will be referred to as “TSS”.
Please note we do not accept retroactive discounts. If you forget to enter your coupon code, we cannot apply that discount after the fact.
TSS has a return policy of 30 days after you receive your order.
All returned products must be in their original and unused condition and must be in their original packaging.
Perishable products and apparel are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges. We also do not accept returns for the following items: Clothing of any sort, Boots, Gloves, Batteries, Headwear, Body Armor, First Aid, or trauma treatment products (including tourniquets), or any special order items.
There will be a 20% restocking fee for items returned with no defect, which will be deducted from your refund. Please include the original packing slip with all returns for proof of purchase. We do not refund shipping charges, and shipping costs for all returns are the customer’s responsibility if there is no manufacturer’s defect. If your merchandise is found to have a legitimate manufacturer’s defect, your shipping costs will be refunded (Lowest rate ground shipping only) or applied towards your exchange, and there will be no re-stocking fee.
We do not accept returns for any products 30 days after you receive your order.

Clearance items are not eligible for return. Sale items that are returned will only be returned for the original sale price that you paid, plus the standard 20% restocking fee if a restocking fee applies to your return.
ONLINE COURSES RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of these products we do not offer returns on any online digital product.
ELITE SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
Your Survival Summit Elite Subscription may be canceled at any time. Once you have canceled your Subscription, it will not renew on your next scheduled payment date. Please see our Terms and Conditions page for our full Subscription policy. Please email [email protected] if you have any issues canceling your Subscription. The Survival Summit Elite Subscription may not include all previously filmed videos due to copyright/ownership transfers.
Due to the nature of our Subscription program, which is based on our films, monthly Subscriptions that are put on hold in between film launches will be automatically canceled. Please note that if your account is scheduled to be canceled, you will not receive any future films or products between the date you opted to cancel your Subscription and the last day of your Subscription. Your Subscription must be up to date and active and not pending cancelation, or on hold, to receive new Subscription benefits of any kind.
Yearly Subscriptions and Lifetime Subscriptions
Survival Summit yearly Subscription subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but you will not receive a refund for the year you have already paid for. Lifetime Subscriptions are non-refundable, at any time.
Lifetime is considered as long as The Survival Summit, LLC is still in business.
DIGITAL MEDIA RETURN POLICY
DVDs and USB Drives are not returnable due to the content being digital media that can be copied. If you receive a DVD and it does not operate properly, we will replace the DVD once we receive the non-working DVD(s). Films on USB drives that are lost due to user error are not returnable or replaceable. There are NO returns on USB film purchases, only replacements if deemed necessary due to bad file transfers.
EVENT RETURN POLICY
No refunds are available if you cancel within 60 days of the event date. Your tuition can be applied to a future class if you need to postpone 30 Days prior to the event date. There are no refunds or postponements inside of 30 days from the event date.
A 75% refund of tuition is available if you cancel between 60-90 days prior to the event. If you cancel with more than 90 days before the event date, you will be eligible for a full refund, minus a 20% cancellation fee.
If you purchased an event prior to a sale, or did not realize there was a sale, we do not offer retro-active discounts for courses, so we will be unable to provide you a refund for the difference. You may not cancel your event and re-sign up to receive a new discount code either.
If you received any free gear or virtual training as part of any promotions at the time of your course signup, and you cancel within an eligible refund period, your refund will not include the price of the gear or virtual training items you received. The retail value of the free items you received will be deducted from your refund.
Package Deals & Group Discounts:
Package deals and group discounts are 100% non-refundable, at any time.
Event Postponements: If you request a postponement within the proper time-frame, you have 12 months to attend the same type of course. If there is no course in your area, you will still only have 12 months to attend a course in another area. Please note that if you postpone, once you’ve asked to be scheduled for a new course, there will be no further postponements or refunds.
Act of God Clause:
If an Act of God causes the cancellation and re-scheduling of an event, such as an earthquake, flood, lightning storm, hurricane, tornado, mudslide, meteor shower, or other natural disaster, the course will be re-scheduled within 60-90 days of the original course date. If TSS cannot re-schedule the event within that time frame, attendee’s will be give a voucher to attend any course of their choosing within the next 12 months. If an attendee misses the course due to the inability to travel from their location due to an act of God, they will be given a voucher for a future course. If there is not a future course scheduled within 12 months, the attendee’s voucher will still be valid until such time that TSS holdS another similar event.
