Safeguarding America in Uncertain Times

I trust this message finds you strong and steadfast amidst the trials our great nation is currently navigating. As patriots, we are the custodians of the American legacy. Our solemn duty is to remain informed, vigilant and prepared in the face of foreign and domestic challenges.

The Propaganda Onslaught

The situation unfolding in the Middle East between Israel, a staunch ally of the United States, and the terrorist organization Hamas, funded by Iran and aided by many others in the region, is heating up, and it’s bringing dangers to all parts of the globe. It’s imperative to scrutinize the flood of information with a discerning eye, filtering out the propaganda intended to sway public sentiment and undermine our national security.

The Homefront Battle

Our beloved homeland is not insulated from the reverberations of these overseas conflicts. We’re witnessing a disconcerting rise in domestic terrorism threats, fueled in part by manipulated information that feeds extremist ideologies, some coming from our own government officials that are becoming treasonous if they haven’t already. We, the vigilant custodians of American values, must stand united against these internal threats to preserve the integrity and safety of our nation.

Fortifying Our Defenses

Preparedness is ingrained in the American spirit. Our forefathers instilled in us the unyielding resolve to face any challenge with courage and readiness. In these trying times, bolstering our defenses as individuals and communities is not just prudent—it’s essential. If you live in a community of like-minded individuals, now is the time to start talking to your neighbors about preparedness so that you can work as one unit if things go south. Going at it alone is dangerous, especially if you’re the only one in your area preparing and others figure that out.

Traveling within the U.S. or Abroad

If you haven’t checked out the company, Global Rescue, they have destination reports and risk ratings for the entire world, and they also list planned protests in the United States, and other potential risky areas, in real-time. We have partnered with Global Rescue, and they offer security extraction, travel insurance, and medical evacuation (even in the U.S.).

Action Steps:

P.A.C.E.: If you haven’t already, start working on your P.A.C.E. plan (blog link) (Primary, Alternate, Contingency, Emergency). Where will you go if you’re in a densely populated area and something happens where you no longer feel safe at home? Do you have friends or family in a more rural area? Are they prepared? Stock some of your supplies at these other locations so you’re not keeping all your eggs in one basket.

Emergency Readiness: Be sure you’re going through all your gear to ensure it’s in good working order.

Some things to consider

• Are you constantly situationally aware of your surroundings? Don’t scroll through your phone when out in public.
• Is your Bugout bag ready to go? (blog link for BOB’s)
• Do you have enough ammo?
• Does your family have an emergency meeting point?
• Do you have emergency comms?
• Have you been keeping up with training with your gear?
• Do you have gas masks, and are the filters in good working order?
• Have you cycled through your emergency food storage to look for expired items?
• Do you have enough emergency medications and medicine on hand?
• Do you have enough emergency water filtration?
• Firearms training is a perishable skill; how often are you at least drawing from your holster and dry firing when you can’t get to the range?
• If the power goes down, do you have extra gas, a generator, etc.?
• Is all your Winter gear (blog link) ready to go for the season?

Informed Patriotism: Seek truth and arm yourself with facts. Rely on information from sources that uphold American values. (blog link)

Vigilance: Be watchful of activities that threaten our communities and nation. Prompt action and reporting can mitigate potential threats.
